Guest’s Background: RYU Keikoh is the PhD in public administration from Waseda University, a visiting professor of Peking University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Lanzhou University. He is a member of the advisory committee on international and cross-cultural education research at Stanford University, executive director of the Japan institute of business ethics, and distinguished fellow of the institute of public policy research at Waseda University.
